Goldilocks and the Three Bears

This is the fourth year running that the London Palladium has put on a Christmas panto to inspire the nation. This time around it's Goldilocks and the Three Bears, a fresh new take on the 1800s fairytale that has delighted millions for almost two hundred years. It stars TV's Matt Baker as Joey the Clown, Paul O'Grady as the Bad Ringmaster and Julian Clary as the Good Ringmaster, and Sophie Isaacs plays the role of Goldilocks herself. Gary Wilmot is Dame Betty, Nigel Havers is Daddy Bear, and Paul Zerdin plays Silly Billy. They're joined by a talented ensemble cast that combines with original music to create something very special indeed. Your little 'uns will adore it.

This cool story is set in a circus instead of a forest. The bears are not the baddies, they're the heroes who help young Goldilocks and her mum overcome the Bad Ringmaster and save the circus. A magical plot is supported by an impressive creative team, an Olivier award-winning crew including Michael Harrison, who directs, choreography by Karen Bruce, set design by Ian Westbrook, a team of costume designers including Hugh Durrant, special visual effects from The Twins FX, lighting by Ben Cracknell, sound design by Gareth Owen and original music by Gary Hind.
